Carrier setup
Get approved to haul, usually same day
Five steps, one email. Send a complete packet before noon and you can be dispatched the same afternoon.
The process
1. Send your packet
Email your MC/DOT number, W-9, and a certificate of insurance listing Backhaulers as certificate holder. Add your notice of assignment if you factor.
2. Authority and safety check
We verify active operating authority, insurance limits and effective dates, and your FMCSA safety profile. Most carriers clear the same business day.
3. Sign the broker-carrier agreement
Electronic signature, no fee, no annual renewal. It covers liability, cargo claims, double-brokering, and payment terms in plain language.
4. Choose your pay terms
Standard 30-day net on clean paperwork, or QuickPay funded in two business days at a small discount.
5. Get dispatched
Tell us your equipment, home base, and preferred lanes. Loads that match go to you before they get posted.
